It’s Friday again.. the first friday of 2012. How time flies! It was just Christmas and New Year!

Anyways today is Huijun’s wedding in Mandarin Orchard, it was so funny watching MC making a fool of himself..

Wore for the first time a wrap dress from Dresstronomy to Huijun’s wedding. A new online shop that Meiru recomended. Their dresses are more on the pricey side for online store but the quality of the material and tailoring was good. Plus, it comes in a smartpac complete with dustbag!

♥ the photobooth at the wedding 🙂

Many living in this country will remember it as the polling day. I on the other hand will remember it as the day Natalie had her fantastic wedding ceremony. Held in the Asian Civilizations Museum, the wedding location is hardly conventional.  Beautiful views of the Singapore River nestled amidst the high rise buildings of the Central Business District and the rustic feel of  historically preserved buildings along the river. The setting is unique but nice and totally appropriate for an event of this nature

A close friend of mine got married 2 weeks ago in KL. It was fun that a group of us flew up to KL for a short weekend getaway as well as to attend his wedding, The wedding was very stylish and elegantly done. Held in the garden of one of the most luxurious hotels in KL, The Carcosa Sri Negara amidst the lush greenery of the Lake Gardens, away from the annoying hustle and bustle of downtown KL.

Since it was a garden wedding, I took the opportunity to shoot the wedding in Lomo. For this occasion, I chose to use the Kodak Elitechrome 100 (Expired) colored slides, pairing it with my Holga 135BC. It was my first time using Elitechrome but my second using Kodak. The cross-processed slides gives a very vivid and high contrast colors. Visible vignetting is visible giving the photos a dreamy, old skool feel. I hope that Bride and Groom liked the pictures because I sure did have fun snapping away during the wedding!
